Shipping policy
All orders placed Monday through Friday before 2pm ET are shipped the same business day.
All orders placed on Friday after 2pm ET and over the weekend are shipped out the next business day.

All rates in the table below are displayed in US dollars.

With Special promotions (such as Free Shipping) orders will only be shipped via Priority Mail.
Be aware that shipping delays may occur with our carrier services during the holiday season
and/or on national/public holidays. Our standard USA shipping method is via US Postal Service Priority Mail,
for typically 3-5 business day delivery. The shipping cost will be added to your total purchase.
Note: Goods delivered overseas may incur additional customs, taxes & brokerage fees
assessed by the country the items are entering into. These additional costs are not covered under
the shipping fee we assess to fill your order, and are the responsibility of the customer to pay these
fees to receive their shipment.

Internet & Phone Order Return Policy
On sale items may be exchanged or returned for a store credit only.
If you want to exchange or return any of the styles you have purchased, the style(s) must be received
by ElinOtto within ten (10) business days from your receipt of the merchandise.
A full merchandise refund, excluding shipping charges, will be issued on unworn merchandise
within 10 business days from receipt.
All phone order and Internet returns must be sent back to our main location.
We do not accept returns for soiled or washed merchandise.
All Internet returns will receive a refund credit issued back to the original form of payment
granted the above criteria are met.
It is your responsibility to pay for the shipping of unwanted items back to us.
Mailing your Internet Return
Please provide feedback to us, if you wish, with your return/exchange. Your input is valuable.
Send your returned merchandise back to us in a sturdy envelope or box.
Include your Return/Exchange form with your return, and send this package to the following
address via US Mail, Priority Mail or Insured Post:

Exchange Policy
Exchanges will be granted on all unworn merchandise return within 10 business days.
All items returned will first be credited back to your credit card. A new exchange order
will be processed and billed to your account, less the shipping fee.
